Vertu Toyota Rotherham were great because their customer service from beginning to end was superb. The staff were very professional and took the timeout to explain everything in detail. They made our visit worthwhile and very welcoming, I have a disabled son and they included him in everything we did which meant the world to me, even letting him unveil our new car. Nothing was too much for them an the whole process was easy, I would definitely recommend Vertu Toyota Rotherham branch and would like to give a shout out for Joe Cummings for all his help.

After all the finance paperwork etc there was a issue whereby my car was on a private plate and so could not be release to me without consent, the staff at toyota rotherham worked fast to get my car release with 2 days to me

I'd definitely recommend Vertu Toyota Rotherham to friends and family because we had a truly wonderful experience dealing with Daniel and the team at Vertu Rotherham from the initial call to collecting our new car!
Daniel, in particular, displayed excellent customer service, honesty, integrity and a non-pushy but just thoroughly likeable 10/10 manner throughout. It was worth the long trip from home to purchase the car from Rotherham as the team created such a wonderful, friendly experience for us when collecting the car and it's a real shame that they aren't our local Toyota dealership. However, even though we are based miles away, we were offered any ongoing help and support from the team whilst we get accustomed to our new car.
Regardless of distance, we would have no hesitation in recommending Vertu Rotherham to anyone we know that would be looking for a new car as they have been a joy to deal with and their service, first class!
